Rob Celada - Director
Rob Celada grew up in Drouin, and has practiced law in Gippsland for over a decade. Rob has a broad base of experience in handling legal matters large and small for people in the local community, with a strong focus on commercial law, property law, and litigation.
In founding Pathfinder Law, Rob wanted to create a place for the best and brightest legal talents in Gippsland to offer commercially focused and innovative legal services to the businesspeople, entrepreneurs, developers and startups who are driving growth in the region and shaping Gippsland’s future. Rob has a particular interest in operational process development and the application of technology to improve how law firms work, to deliver better and more cost-effective outcomes for clients.

Paige Osler – Executive Assistant
As Rob’s Executive Assistant, Paige delivers executive support across the firm and bolsters its day-to-day operations.
Commencing her legal career in 2016, Paige has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning almost a decade across conveyancing, wills and estates, deceased estates, business and commercial transactions, as well as disputes and litigation.
Growing up in Warragul, Paige is extremely passionate about delivering high quality outputs for her clients which is evident by her driven, caring and professional approach.
Fun fact – Paige is never without a flight booked and has worked for Pathfinder Law from 11 different countries.

Amanda Farmer - Conveyancing Clerk
A local to Gippsland, Amanda has worked in the legal industry for close to 6 years.
From drawing up contracts, acting on Settlement and seeing Subdivisions through from start to finish, Amanda has a wealth of knowledge.
Bringing big life moments to reality is a real driver for Amanda, who is passionate about helping people with their first home purchase or sale. This is bolstered by her ability to communicate in a clear, calm, friendly and professional manner so that her clients know what to expect.
Fun fact – In her spare time, Amanda enjoys working with her hands as she takes on a lot of woodwork, painting, DIY, and arts and craft projects around her home.

Krystal Kimm - Conveyancing Clerk
A local to the Warragul area, Krystal has worked within the legal industry for four years.
Conveyancing is a passion of Krystal’s and has been a primary focus throughout her legal career. With a strong understanding of back-end administration, Krystal can confidently keep things ticking along in an efficient manner.
This knowledge, in conjunction with her determination to deliver the best possible results for her clients, drives Krystal’s personable and professional approach.

Sarah Flores – Operations Manager
Growing up in Warragul, Sarah has been part of the Pathfinder Law team for a year and brings with her a passion for all things business, operations and innovation.
With an eye for detail, Sarah enjoys supporting the Pathfinder Law team with back-end administration and process improvement.
Fun fact – In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and renovating her house.

Chiara Gallo - Receptionist
As the newest addition to the Pathfinder Law team, Chiara is a local to the Baw Baw region. As the Pathfinder Law Receptionist, she is not only a friendly face welcoming clients into our office, but provides administrative support across all facets of the firm.
With a growing interest in deceased estates and disputes, Chiara also touches on commercial and conveyancing matters.
Fun fact – In her spare time, if Chiara isn’t out camping and enjoying the great outdoors, she is either tucking into a good book or baking sweet treats.
